Any Medicare contracts you have with PSM will be on the platform at no cost to you. This complimentary access includes downline agents as well.

Can all of my clients enroll through HealthSherpa?
Approximately 95% of your clients will be able to submit applications and enroll directly through HealthSherpa. There are a few exceptions.
Due to guidelines from CMS and Healthcare.gov, the following rare cases cannot be handled by HealthSherpa and must be managed by Healthcare.gov.
American Indian and Alaskan Natives
Applicants with home addresses in a different state than where they are applying for coverage
Applicants with no home address
Applicants who are not planning to file a tax return
Married applicants who are not filing a joint tax return
Applicants responsible for a child 18 or younger who lives with them but is not included on tax return
Applicants who are offered coverage through their job, someone else’s job, or COBRA
Applicants with dependent children who are over 25 or who are married
Applicants with dependent children (under 21) who are not applying for coverage
Applicants with dependent children living with a parent not on their tax return applying for coverage
How do I create a HealthSherpa for Agents account
You can create a free HealthSherpa for Agents account by following the steps on this page.
We recommend that you input accurate and complete information for all of these steps. If you make a mistake, you can update your information later by visiting Settings in your account.

Where can I track all of my client enrollments?
You can track your enrollments in your HealthSherpa agent dashboard under the Clients tab. This will show your full book of business enrolled through your HealthSherpa dashboard with visibility into client and plan information as well as application status updates.
What is Enhanced Direct Enrollment?
Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) is a CMS-approved technology. HealthSherpa was the first to implement EDE and is one of the only enrollment platforms that has this new technology.
EDE allows HealthSherpa to fully integrate with Healthcare.gov so you can do applications entirely on HealthSherpa without being redirected to Healthcare.gov.
